Interviews
Bethanne Patrick talks with professor Bulent Atalay about the life and time of Leonardo Da Vinci, and Atalay's book, Leonardo's Universe.

Conversation with Dr. Atalay
I found Bethanne's "Conversation with Bulent Atalay" spellbinding, indeed, enough to rush out and buy “Leonardo’s Universe,” his book co-authored with Keith Wamsley. The masterfully written prose, complemented by the National Geographic’s exquisite photographs, succeeds in presenting a balanced treatment of Leonardo’s art, science and technology. I think it is a masterpiece that would have impressed Leonardo himself.
As I became immersed in the book, I felt as if I were communing personally with this inscrutable genius who lived five hundred years ago, and yet saw so far into the future. The book will hold a treasured place on my coffee table. Thank you 'Book Studio,' thank you Bethanne for airing this interview. — L. Weinstock
