Giveaway: Fiction Grab Bag

It's time for us to air out the cupboards here at The WETA Book Studio -- we must give away some books in order to make room for new ones to arrive!

If you like light romantic comedy, "Lovesick" by Alex Wellen -- the tale of a man who's got the girl but can't pop the question -- is for you. Prefer something deep with a narrative conceit? Try "The Book of the Unknown: Tales of the Thirty-Six" by Jonathon Keats. However, if what you really want is a chilling spy story, "The Arms Maker of Berlin" by Dan Fesperman fits the bill.

Wait! You don't have to choose...if you are one of the ten lucky winners of this week's giveaway, you'll get copies of all three books. Just respond in the Comments section to the following question:

Which book or books are you planning to get to this summer?

Also, my sister, in New Hampshire, sent me a copy of Day Out of Days which I hope to curl up with on one of these rainy days. I fully expect to enjoy reading this summer!

Reading plans this summer...

It's summer?! Wow, you'd never know it from the weather here (west coast of Canada).  Anyway, just received an ARC of "A Man in Uniform" by Kate Taylor, and awaiting (not-so-patiently) an ARC of  "The Book of Human Skin" by Michelle Lovric...so those are my 2 priorities.  Those these 3 giveaway novels could bump that Lovric novel down the depth chart a bit... ;-)

I'm hoping to do some damage to my TBR shelf, but a few specific titles: The Great Divorce by C.S. Lewis, Godric by Frederick Buechner, 31 Bond Street by Ellen Horan. I'm currently reading The Lost Summer of Louisa May Alcott, which is great so far.

Many to choose from, including "Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell", David Halberstam's "The Coldest War" , and Harry Thompson's "This Thing of Darkness."  Plus the latest Alan Furst, "Spies of the Balkans."  It should be a good summer.

I've been reading anything offered for free or next to free on my Kindle! My Kindle is very convenient but I do very much so miss the smell and feel of an actual book! I would love to check out the authors presented here.
